About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Building Administrator with expertise in payroll to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including employee recruitment, training and development, performance management, and payroll. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the company building and facilities.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Human Resources and Building Administrator role
Knowledge and experience with salary calculations and payroll management
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Bonus if you have experience in Intect and/or Planday
Willingness to work flexible hours, if necessary
Educational requirements
Bachelor's degree, or similar, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
